Woodbury County, Iowa Board of Supervisors Considers “Pit Bull” Ban

“…The Woodbury County Board of Supervisors is looking at banning pit bulls in the county.
Under the proposed city ban, owners would have to register their current pets, but no new pitbulls would be allowed within city limits.”
Please write the Woodbury County Board of Supervisors and politely inform them that breed-specific legislation is ineffective and unenforceable. (All e-mail correspondence intended for the Woodbury County Board of Supervisors should be sent to the County Administrative Coordinator or the Executive Secretary with the request that the letter be forwarded to the board.):
