Rhode Island HB 5671 Would Prohibit Breed-Specific Legislation Statewide


Rhode Island HB 5671, a bill which “would prevent cities and towns from enacting any regulation or ordinance specific to any particular breed of dog, cat or other animal” within the state of Rhode Island, will be heard in the House Committee on the Judiciary Thursday, June 20, 2013, in room 205 in the State House according to the Notice of Meeting.
